At LIGHT & LOVE By Lena, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a informative, rewarding and enjoyable experience. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

ALL ITEMS ARE HANDMADE AND SPELLED BY LENA PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 WEEKS FOR Shipping and handling...charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. Shipping price depends on the number of items you ordered we charge only ONCE for shipping for the ENTIRE  order.


Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, packaging, and the transit time from the carrier. This entire process can range from 14 days to 21 days for in-stock items.. 30 days for sale items.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! NO EXCHANGES!  IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESHIPMENT PAYMENT! All returns require a Return Authorization CODE to be issued by LIGHT & LOVE By Lena prior to being returned (MUST PROVIDE PROOF). Returned products must be DAMAGED ONLY, include original outer packaging, ALL PRODUCTS, inner packing materials and other accessories must  be sent within 3 days of the date received. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization CODE issued by LIGHT & LOVE By Lena or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.


​ALL SALES ARE FINAL! An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When the goods are shipped, a charge for the total amount of the order shipped will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds.
